beating analysts' estimates of $1.04, as per LSEG data
    ** Q2 revenue increases 13.1% to $1.29 bln, beating analyst
expectation of $1.20 bln
    ** PSMT's declares a one-time special dividend of $1 per
share
    ** Co plans to open its ninth warehouse club in Costa Rica,
bringing its total operational warehouse count to 55
    ** YTD, stock up 9.6% through last close
