Feb 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:
    ** Uniper  UN01.DE  said a deal to sell its holding in
Russia's Unipro  UPRO.MM  to a local buyer hinged on
presidential approval, which outgoing finance chief Tiina
Tuomela said was "highly uncertain".

    ** Indian automotive components maker Minda Corporation Ltd
 MINC.NS  said it acquired a 15.70% stake in rival Pricol Ltd
 PRCO.NS  for 4 billion rupees ($48.3 million).

    ** Norway's supreme court said it had lifted a competition
authority ban on Schibsted  SCHA.OL  buying online car trading
portal Nettbil.

    ** India's largest gas distributor GAIL (India) Ltd
 GAIL.NS  is looking to buy an equity stake of up to 26% in a
liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction plant or project in the
United States, according to a document issued by the company.
