facilities, announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Mr
Steven Owen, Non-executive chairman of the Company, has been appointed, with
effect from 1 January 2022, as the Non-executive chairman of Palace Capital
plc (LSE: PCA) a UK REIT that owns and manages a £273 million diversified
portfolio of UK regional commercial property.
