Primary Health Properties PLC is pleased to announce that Mark Davies (Chief
Executive Officer) and Richard Howell (Chief Financial Officer) will provide a
live presentation via Investor Meet Company on 31 July 2025, 09:00 BST.

 

This presentation will focus on the future of healthcare real estate,
including the radical shift from hospital to community under the new NHS 10
year plan, and how PHP is strategically well placed to benefit from this
positive outlook. PHP management will also provide an operational and
financial update including on the recommended combination with Assura,
consistent with the update provided at the PHP Capital Markets Update on 24
July 2025.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
30 Jul 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
