Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that Matthew Beardmore, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company has transitioned to a Non-executive Director
of the Company with immediate effect. In addition, Hedley Clark has
transitioned from a Non-executive Director to an Executive Director of the
Company with immediate effect.

 

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this
announcement.
