Primorus Investments PLC (AIM: PRIM; AQSE: PRIM) today announces that it has
appointed Cairn Financial Advisers LLP as sole broker to the Company with
immediate effect.

Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman, said: "The Board continues to implement
cost saving measures designed to extract value for our shareholders. The
Company has not raised any equity capital since 2017 but has continued to
incur annual fees due to historic contractual arrangements."
