Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification
on 29 March 2022 that Elizabeth Clark, spouse of and person closely associated
to Hedley Clark, a Non-executive Director of the Company, made the following
purchase of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Further details are
set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.

capital.
