Director/PDMR Dealing

 

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification
on 1 December 2022 that Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman of the Company, and
Elizabeth Clark, spouse of and person closely associated to Hedley Clark, a
Non-executive Director of the Company, made the following purchases of
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Further details are set out in
the Notification of Dealing Form below.

Hedley Clark amount to 2,256,550 ordinary shares in the Company representing
1.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The 784,791 additional
shares purchased represent 0.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
