Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification
on 28 September 2023 that Hedley Clark a Non-executive Director of the
Company, made the following purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company. Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form
below.
