Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification
on 27 September 2024 that Susan Labrum, spouse of and a person closely
associated with Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman of the Company, made the
following purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

shares purchased represent approximately 0.003 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
