Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification
on 17 January 2025 that Hedley Clark a Non-executive Director of the Company,
made the following purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.

3.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The 1,700,000 additional
shares purchased represent 1.22 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
