Backstop arrangements for the Investment in Mustang Energy PLC

 

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) acknowledges the contents of the Mustang
Energy PLC ("MUST") notification of today's date.

 

Notwithstanding the ongoing discussions and the extension of the notice period
stated by MUST, Primorus maintains the position stated within its 21 December
2021 notification.

 

A further announcement will be issued when the final details of this
transaction are agreed.
