Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it has disposed of
11,677,755 ordinary shares in Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC providing the
Company with gross proceeds of approximately £977,000. The Company no longer
has a shareholding in Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC.
