Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) is pleased to announce its Annual
General Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 2022.

 

The following documents are now available on the Company's
website www.primorusinvestments.com:

·      Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be
held at 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 2022, together with a form of proxy.

 

As provided for in the Company's articles of association, copies of both
documents have been made available on the Company's website. In the interests
of the environment and continuing to reduce the Company's costs, in line with
the Board's previously announced strategic objectives, printed copies will not
be sent. Whilst the Directors urge all shareholders to download electronic
copies of the documents, specifically in the interests of the environment, any
shareholders who wish to receive hard copies should email
info@primorusinvestments.com.
