Resignation of Directors
 
Primorus Investments PLC (AIM: PRIM; AQSE: PRIM) announces the resignations of Alastair Clayton and Jeremy Taylor-Firth who step down with immediate effect as Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company respectively.
Rupert Labrum will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Company until further notice. The board of Primorus (the "Board") is currently undertaking a strategic review of the Company and its business, which shall include a review of the current Board composition. Once the strategic review is completed, a further update will be provided.
Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Alastair and Jeremy for their contributions over the past several years, not least for their part in the value creation and realisation from the recently completed divestiture of the Company's stake in Greatland Gold plc. The Board wishes them well in their future endeavours."
