Sale Of Engage Shareholding

 

 

Primorus (AIM: PRIM) announces that it has sold its entire shareholding of
92,374 ordinary shares ("Engage Shares") in Engage Technology Partners Ltd
("Engage") for the sum of £1,000.00 on 31 October 2024 ("Disposal").  The
Engage Shares had a book value of £158,000 in the Company's interim results
for the six months to 30 June 2024 published on 29 July 2024.  Under the
share purchase agreement, the Company may receive additional consideration for
the Engage Shares in the event that the buyer sells any of the Engage Shares
within two years of the Disposal.
