Update on Alteration Earth PLC Investment

 

Further to the RNS announcement dated 05 April 2022 in relation to the
Company's (AIM: PRIM) investment into Alteration Earth PLC ("ALTE"), Primorus
provides a brief update as set out below.

 

Primorus has signed a deed of amendment which extends the time for ALTE to
complete its prospectus and obtain its listing on the Standard Segment of the
Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

 

The date has been extended from 4 May 2022 to 6 June 2022.

 

The Company has been informed by ALTE that the delay was primarily because the
FCA did not count any of the working days between 11 April (this being the
date ALTE submitted its last prospectus proof for review) and 22 April as
reading days (see:

(https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/listing-transactions-over-easter) ). This was
done to enable the FCA to prioritise the most time sensitive transactions.

 

Following this submission, and assuming no material issues are raised, ALTE is
expecting to obtain its listing without any further amendments to the
timeframe.
