The Board of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited has today published
notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 9.30 a.m. on 21
June 2024 at East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey,
GY1 3PP, Channel Islands.

A circular (the "Circular") which includes the Notice of Annual General
Meeting (the "Notice"), together with instructions for voting can be found on
