Pristine Capital Plc, the Main Market cash shell focusing on the real estate
sector, announces that it was informed on 25 April 2025 that, following a
purchase of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
John Hamilton now has a holding of 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
