PDMR dealing

 

Pristine Capital Plc, announces that Neil Sinclair, Executive Chairman, has
purchased, via his Pension Scheme, a total of 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 1
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.55 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Neil Sinclair, including Persons
Closely Associated with him, has an interest in a total of 11,380,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 7.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant
