March 29 (Reuters) - Priya Ltd  PRIY.BO : 
 * Board approved scheme of amalgamation of vxl instruments with co,4 equity 
   shares of co shall be issued for every 25 shares of vxl instruments 
 
 * Source text:Priya Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2016, and based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee approved the following: 
 
1. The Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of VXL Instruments Limited (Transferor Company) with Priya Limited (Transferee Company). 
 
2. The Share Exchange Ratio, i.e. 4 (Four) Fully Paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Priya Limited shall be issued for every 25 (Twenty Five) Fully Paid up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of VXL Instruments Limited.
