** Shares of oilfield service provider ProPetro Holding
 PUMP.N  drop 1.9% to $7.40 in early trading
    ** Co to delay filing its 2023 annual report
    ** Says it is still evaluating a potential deficiency
related to internal controls over financial reporting
    ** Expects results of operations for Q4 and the full-year to
be consistent with the numbers it published on Feb. 21
    ** Including session's moves, stock has fallen 13% YTD
