ProQR Therapeutics gains on license agreement with Eli Lilly

** Shares of Netherlands-based drug developer  PRQR.O  rise
14.5% to $7.80 premarket
    ** Co enters agreement with Eli Lilly and Co  LLY.N  to
develop and commercialize potential new medicines for genetic

    ** Companies will use PRQR's RNA editing platform to
co-develop up to five targets - co
    ** PRQR to receive $50 mln consisting of an upfront payment
as well as an equity investment in its ordinary shares 
    ** Co is also eligible to receive up to about $1.25 bln in
milestone payments as well as tiered royalties of up to
mid-single digit percentage on product sales
    ** PRQR up 62.1% YTD as of last close
