    ** U.S.-listed shares  PRQR.O  of Dutch drug developer ProQR
Therapeutics NV rise 87.9% to $3.10 in morning trade, their
highest single-day pct gain in four years
    ** Company announces expansion of licensing and
collaboration agreement with Eli Lilly  LLY.N  for developing
new genetic medicines 
    ** Last year, the firms had announced RNA-editing
collaboration for liver and nervous system disorders
    ** ProQR will receive $75 million, including an upfront
payment, and an equity investment, while LLY could expand the
partnership for $50 million
    ** LLY could give ProQR access to its delivery technology
for its wholly owned pipeline
    ** YTD, shares of ProQR down 61.3%
