 PRQR.O  rose 28.5% to $2.12 premarket
    ** Co announces expansion of licensing and collaboration
agreement for developing new genetic medicines with Eli Lilly

    ** Cos had announced RNA editing collaboration for liver and
nervous system disorders last year
    ** PRQR will receive $75 million including upfront payment,
and an equity investment, while LLY can further expand the
partnership for $50 million
    ** LLY can give PRQR access to its delivery technology for
its wholly owned pipeline
    ** PRQR down 79.4% YTD, as of last close
