Aug 4 (Reuters) - Euronext: 
    * 95,695,027 Hubwoo  HBWO.PA  shares were tendered to the 
offer initiated by Perfect Commerce SA  
    * Perfect Commerce SA holds 95,695,027 Hubwoo shares 
representing as many as voting rights, i.e. 74.07 percent of the 
share capital and the voting rights of the company
