Miner Fresnillo to acquire Canada's Probe Gold for about $556 million

Oct 31 (Reuters) - London-listed miner Fresnillo FRES.L has agreed to buy Canada's Probe Gold PRB.TO for C$780 million ($556.19 million) in cash, Probe Gold said on Friday. Probe Gold shareholders will receive C$3.65 per share in cash, it said.
