 PCSA.O  rise 53.7% to 31 cents premarket
    ** Co says it is expanding its current cancer drug program
NGC-Cap to develop a breast cancer treatment
    ** Adds, the U.S. FDA stated existing data and studies can
be used to support co's mid-stage breast cancer treatment trial
    ** Up to last close, stock down 83.2% in last 12 months
