Annual Report and Accounts

 

ProCook Group plc (the 'Company') has posted to shareholders its Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 3 April 2022 along with the Notice of
Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at ProCook's head office, Davy Way,
Waterwells, Gloucester, GL2 2BY at 11.00 am on Tuesday 20 September 2022.
