Director Declaration

 

 

ProCook Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that David Stead, Senior
Independent Director of the Company and current Chair of the Remuneration
Committee, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of Naked Wines plc, where
he has served as a Non-Executive Director since 2017, with immediate effect.

 

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph
9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
