Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

ProCook Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 8(th) August 2022 awards
were granted under the ProCook Group plc Performance Share Plan 2021 ("PSP")
to certain directors and PDMRs.

 

The options awarded to Daniel O'Neill, Stephen Sanders and Dan Walden under
the PSP are subject to the achievement of performance conditions. These
options vest on the fifth anniversary of the date of grant. The options
awarded to Angela Porter under the PSP are subject to the achievement of
performance conditions and vest on the third anniversary of the grant.

 

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as incorporated into the law of
England and Wales and set out more details of the transactions.
