In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(1), the Board of ProCook Group plc
announces that David Stead, a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent
Director of the Company, resigned from his role as Non-Executive Director of
Card Factory plc effective 30 November 2021.
