Notice of AGM

 

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted or otherwise made
available to shareholders.

The Group's AGM will be held at ProCook's registered office at ProCook, 10
Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ at 12.00 pm on Wednesday 11 September
2024.
