Notice of AGM

 

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was yesterday posted or otherwise made
available to shareholders.

The Group's AGM will be held at ProCook's registered office at ProCook, 10
Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 10 September
2025.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions in respect of the business of
the AGM for the Board to consider. Questions may be submitted in advance via
