U.S. stocks edged lower on Friday after rebounding strongly a day earlier, as
investors grappled with fresh trade tensions, political turmoil in Italy and a
surprise contraction in Britain's economy.  .N

26,281.26. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.51% at 2,923.21 and the Nasdaq
