June 8(Reuters) - Prologue  PRSW.PA : 
    * Reports on Friday that it becomes fist shareholder of 
Groupe O2i  ALODI.PA  
    * Said that after important acquisitions of O2i shares, it 
now owns 26.09 percent of O2i capital.
