** Shares of Propel Funeral Partners  PFP.AX  rise as much
as 2% to A$5.49, their highest level since April 24
    ** Stock on track for its third consecutive gain
    ** Funeral services provider to acquire four established
businesses operating in the funeral industry and related assets
for A$12 mln($7.94 mln)
    ** Says acquisitions are expected to be earnings accretive
in year one
    ** Stock up 4.3% this year as of last close
