Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

 

The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest property
franchisor, announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at
11:00am on 19 May 2022 at 2 St Stephen's Court, St Stephen's Road,
Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA.

 

A Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and the Notice of Meeting and
a sample Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website

(https://thepropertyfranchisegroup.co.uk/investors) . Shareholders wishing to
ask a question to be considered at that meeting are invited to send their
