announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on
6(th) June 2023 at Apollo House, Eboracum Way, Heworth, York, YO31 7RE.

A Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and the Notice of Meeting and
a sample Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website at

ask a question to be considered at that meeting are invited to send their
