Notice of Results Presentations

The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest property franchisor, is
pleased to announce that following the release of its Final Results on 18
April 2023, management will host a live virtual presentation and Q&A for
analysts at 10am on the morning on results, and also a live virtual
presentation and Q&A for investors at 1pm on the afternoon of results.

 

Both of the presentations will be given by Gareth Samples, Chief Executive
Officer and David Raggett, Chief Financial Officer.

 

Questions can be submitted at any time during the live presentations.

 

A recording of the presentation will be made available on the Company's
website following the conclusion of the investor presentation.
