PDMR / PCA Shareholding

The Property Franchise Group Plc (LON:TPFG), has been notified that on 2
November 2022, Sophy Pashley, the partner of David Raggett, Chief Financial
Officer, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p  each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 232.2p per share. Following the
purchase, David Raggett and his connected persons have a beneficial interest
in 390,101 Ordinary Shares.
