CaixaBank's biggest shareholder Criteria Caixa said on
Tuesday it successfully completed an offering of senior
unsecured bonds that can be exchanged for ordinary shares of

Colonial said on Tuesday it closed a 500 million euro debt

TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Telefonica's main Spanish subsidiaries - Telefonica Espana,
Telefonica Soluciones and Telefonica Moviles - agreed to extend
a collective bargaining agreement with unions, raising salaries
by 1.5% and allowing permanent remote working for around 18,400
employees, according to Expansion.
Cinco Dias reported the company will begin a pilot project
to evaluate giving some employees a four-day working week in
exchange for lower salaries.
