Almirall said on Thursday the holders of 64.35% of free
allotment rights have opted to receive new shares in scrip

The company said on Wednesday it completed the acquisition
100% of Nummi SA, a company that operates in Uruguay under the
Redpagos brand and its business as electronic money issuer of

ELECNOR ENOR.MC
Elecnor will build one of the largest photovoltaic plants in
Brazil for Atlas Renewable, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
reported on Thursday. The 359 MW Lar do Sol-Casablanca plant has
a budget of about 125 million euros, the newspaper said.
ACCIONA ANA.MC
Spain's regulator CNMV will approve the prospectus for the
IPO of Acciona's green energy unit between this and next week,
Cinco Dias reported on Thursday, citing financial sources.
Acciona Energia will make its debut at the stock exchange at the
end of June, according to the newspaper.
