Security firm Prosegur said on Monday it will issue notes
for a total nominal amount of 500 million euros ($548.95

Spain's ACS said on Monday it has modified its buy-back

industry.

Australian fund IFM has acquired a further 1.34% of
Naturgy's share capital and now owns over 13% of the gas
utility, Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday. Previously, IFM secured
a 10.83% holding in the Spanish energy group in a tender offer
