Director Appointment

 

ProService Building Services Marketplace Plc ("PRO" or the "Group") announces
that Tom Shorten, Chief Executive Officer of PRO, has been formally appointed
to the Board of PRO.

Alan Peterson, Non-Executive Chairman of PRO said:

"Tom joined the Group in 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer and became Chief
Executive Officer of the ProService business division as we began our
separation of that and the operations businesses. Tom has been the driving
force behind our evolution to a marketplace business and therefore is an
obvious choice to move into the Group CEO role; the Board and I wish him
well."

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph
(g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Thomas (Tom) William Shorten (aged 55) is currently or has been a director of
the following companies within the past five years:

Tom currently holds, directly or indirectly, 690,188 of PRO's ordinary shares.

 

Tom was a director of Phones 4U Limited at the time it entered administration
in September 2014. The administration remains ongoing and according to the
latest administrators' report (19 August 2025), it is expected to conclude in
March 2026. The administrators' report indicates a material shortfall to
senior secured noteholders and unsecured creditors is anticipated, although
the final quantum has yet to be determined.

 

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of
the AIM Rules for Companies.
