NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS
ProService Building Services Marketplace plc ("ProService" or the "Company")
hereby announces that its unaudited interim results for the six-month period
ended 30 September 2025 will be published on 19 December 2025 ("Interim
Results").
Investors should note that the period to 30 September 2025 predates the
commencement of the commercial supply agreement with Speedy Hire plc ("Speedy
Hire") and completion of the investment by Speedy Hire in ProService and the
disposal of HSS The Hire Service Company ("THSC") to Project Mansell Newco
Limited, a newly formed company indirectly owned by investment funds managed
by Endless LLP, which occurred on 17 November 2025. Accordingly, the results
to 30 September 2025 will not include any trading results from the commercial
supply agreement with Speedy Hire, and THSC will be reported as part of
continuing operations as in accordance with IFRS it did not meet the
definition of an asset held for sale.
A trading update will be provided in conjunction with the Interim Results.
