Director Appointment

 

ProService Building Services Marketplace Plc ("PRO", the "Company" or the
"Group") announces that Greig Thomas, Chief Financial Officer of PRO, has been
formally appointed to the board of directors of PRO as Group Chief Financial
Officer, replacing Richard Jones who stepped down from the board of PRO on 30
January 2026 and is acting as a part-time consultant until 31 March 2026.

Alan Peterson OBE, Non-Executive Chairman of PRO said:

"Greig has been with the Group since 2018. He has advanced through senior
finance roles within in the business, is a natural successor to the Group CFO
role and, as a Board, we wish him all the best."

 

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph
(g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Greig Stephen Thomas (aged 52) is currently or has been a director of the
following companies within the past five years:
