Germany's FINN reaches valuation of more than €1 billion in funding round June 24 (Reuters) - German car subscription platform FINN has raised €140 million ($159 million) in a Series D funding round led by global investor Portage, pushing its valuation above €1 billion, the company said.
FINN will use the proceeds to expand its subscription fleet, increase profitability and invest in its technology platform.
• The funding includes nearly €100 million in equity capital and more than €40 million in debt financing.
• BC Partners Credit and Runway Growth Capital provided the debt while early investor UVC Partners increased its commitment.
• SevenVentures, the investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1 PSMGn.DE, also participated in the funding round.
• FINN has more than 50,000 active vehicle subscriptions and generates more than €300 million in annual recurring revenue.
