** B-shares in Italian broadcaster MFE-MediaForEurope MFEB.MI rise as much as 6.1% after Czech investment group PPF said late on Wednesday it would sell its stake in ProSiebenSat.1 PSMGn.DE to the TV group owned by Italy's Berlusconi family
** "This is very positive news, marking the success of MFE's operation on Prosieben," brokerage Intermonte says in a note
** "Given that the first tender period closed with MFE holding 43.6%, PPF's contribution raises MFE's stake in ProSieben to at least 59%, enabling it to gain control of and consolidate the German broadcaster," Equita brokerage says
** According to Intermonte, the best-case scenario is materialising for MFE, now it can aim to achieve maximum synergies with a lower execution risk
** Equita adds "we believe the consolidation with ProSieben is strategically sound"
** By 08:09 GMT, co's Milan-listed B-shares up 6.7%, while its A-shares MFEA.MI rise 7.2% while ProSiebenSat.1 is up 2.3%
