 * Announces consolidated and restructured credit facility 
 * Has entered into agreement to restructure and consolidate credit facilities 
   and will no longer be dealing with primary banker 
 * Tallinn capital, georox' mezzanine financier, agreed to take over and 
   consolidate co's credit facility of aggregate of about $4.5 million
